24/7 REMOTE MONITORING AND OPERATIONS

Fractal EMS provides options for business hours or 24/7 monitoring and operations through our in-house control room based in Austin, Texas. Fractal EMS only uses real, in-house experienced BESS operators to monitor your projects including technical support, troubleshooting, ISO/RTO coordination and coordination with contractors. Our job is to maximize uptime, protect your warranties and to keep your assets performing well. Schedule a visit to our control room to meet our operations team.

SERVICE	DESCRIPTION
MONITOR	24/7 real-time human monitoring and asset management for BESS, Solar PV, and Substation Monitor Fractal EMS hardware and software Monitor SOC, C-rate, and DoD Monitor fire alarm activity indicated on the fire suppression panel and report events Anomaly detection and trend analysis Daily, weekly, and monthly customizable automated performance reports Outage or incident root cause analysis, per request
RESPOND	Provide remote technical support, troubleshooting, and system restoration Perform remote inverter resets Assess, escalate, and respond to events Assess remedial actions if remote troubleshooting is insufficient Respond to owner and equipment provider inquiries
COORDINATE	Coordinate market operations with QSE Coordinate with manufacturers to identify problems and provide guidance/solutions for BESS-related matters impacting system performance (e.g., low cooling loop pressures, locked-up readings, nuisance alarms, etc.) Serve as liaison to equipment providers to facilitate resolution of any BESS issue and estimate impact on site performance Support / submit warranty claims Facilitate capacity, RTE, or performance tests as requested
NOTIFY	Notify the owner of Level 2, 3, and 4 events Notify the owner of all technical events that reduce BESS availability within five minutes
REPORT	Daily, weekly, and monthly customizable automated performance reports Outage or incident root cause analysis, per request
