24/7 REMOTE MONITORING AND OPERATIONS

Fractal EMS provides options for business hours or 24/7 monitoring and operations through our in-house control room based in Austin, Texas. Fractal EMS only uses real, in-house experienced BESS operators to monitor your projects including technical support, troubleshooting, ISO/RTO coordination and coordination with contractors. Our job is to maximize uptime, protect your warranties and to keep your assets performing well. Schedule a visit to our control room to meet our operations team.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Technical Support
  • Qualified technician available by phone to answer customer questions, support unit testing, and provide instant feedback for any technical issue which user may encounter.
Remote System Troubleshooting and Restoration
  • Surveillance and observations of ESS operation to ensure performance in accordance with business requirements
  • Support to maintain maximum ESS functionality, actively making customer aware of events/incidents which may alter or impact operations
  • Escalation and communication of operating issues when necessary via electronic notifications.
  • Equipment troubleshooting and fault-handling in line with agreed upon timelines and responses.
  • Remote resolution of faults when possible
Reporting
  • Periodic reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual) summarizing key operating metrics.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  • Performance analytics and reporting
  • Engineering support and performance improvements
  • Market optimization, operations and coordination
Availability
  • Real-time operation, monitoring and technical system support

  • Prioritizes, escalates and communicates events or abnormalities with owners

  • Initiates emergency response protocols and contacts first responders during an event
