Real, in-house BESS operators in our NERC CIP Medium control room in Austin, Texas — monitoring BESS and Solar PV to maximize uptime and protect your warranties.

In-house, not subcontracted

Some EMS providers subcontract monitoring to an unknown party. Others only monitor the software. Fractal EMS provides experienced, in-house asset monitoring — handling technical support, troubleshooting, incident response, and coordination from our Austin control room.
